The apartment features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. Guests can enjoy a sunny private terrace with sea views, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The residence offers a large swimming pool and tropical gardens with direct beach access. Restaurants, golf courses and shops are nearby, while Málaga city centre and the airport are easily reachable. Ideal for family holidays, longer stays or a relaxing Costa del Sol getaway. You do not need a car at this apartment as in 2 minutes you arrive at the bus stop where you can catch the bus to Malaga. (in car Malaga is approximately a 10 minute drive). Air conditioning is available free of cost in the bedrooms and living room. Our caretakers are available 24 hours for any type of emergency but we aim to give our clients the upmost privacy. The apartment is located on the second floor and there is a lift. There is a ramp to enter the building so it is perfect for anyone with reduced mobility. You must pay a refundable deposit of 300€ 2 days before your arrival, which we ask to be paid by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 1.
