Staff were great especially Lucy in the restaurant. Hotel is a gem. Breakfast was delicious and gym is nice and big with lots of equipment. Only negative was the service charge on the bill. I hope this isn't going to bleed into the hotel sector so owners can pay their staff less. I paid this time but definitely will not pay again.

Decent hotel, conveniently located. Nice views of the city. Some unattractive stains on the room carpet. Also on the sofa chair (which made it undesirable to sit on). Bathroom was spacious but very poor sink design so water did not drain. Shower was also a bit narrow. Front desk staff was reasonably helpful but were not so knowledgeable about things like laundromats and convenience/grocery stores in the area.
