Linet and all the front desk staff were very helpful, welcoming, and also arranged my car to the airport. The only downside is that the pool is not heated, and I was unaware that we could also use a nearby hotel's heated pool.

Great time to safari with a great staff to handle your accommodations and requests. Very incredible lodge and the view is unlike any other lodge due to height and location.
