This huge freshly refurbished 6 bedroom property is a large villa characterized by the typical Menorcan style. It rises on 64 hectares in an Olive trees garden that oversees the mediterrean sea.  
  
\===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====  
All the comfort and space you need to enjoy the island can be found in this Villa. A private access will lead you to a beach embedded in an amazing scenario thank to the coast an cliffs surrounding it. The Villa is located few minutes away from shops and other utility points. Moreover is just ten minutes driving distance from the wonderful town of Mahon.  
  
Indoors  
The interiors offer space and light. The house features 3 living rooms and many art works. From the higher levels you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and of the nature surrounding the house. In addition, the finca has: 1 entrance, 3 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor areas main features are the swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols and large gardens. A large terrace adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect spot for lunches and dinners. Another covered terrace with sea view is the ideal place for an aperitif at the end of the day.

Finca Design is located in the south-east of Menorca, a 10-minute drive from Mahon, the capital with its international airport, and a 15-minute walk from the cove of Es Canutells, reachable on foot through the estate. It is located 5 minutes by car from Mahon airport.
