« The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future. »

« Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced. »

« Lors de mon arrivée, l'employé à la réception insistait pour que paye mon séjour alors que le tout avait déjà été payé par Expedia 8 mois auparavant. Après une attente de 10 minutes et un appel, il a compris que le tout avait bel et bien été payé. Ensuite j'ai passé 48h sans WiFi. Je devais demander constamment si ca fonctionnait car aucun suivi n'était fait de leur côté (pour m'informer). Et inévitablement... je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement. Le personnel du restaurant est #1 . »

« Très déçu car nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour deux raisons et l’hôtel n’a pas été honnête sur le site de réservation. D’abord nous avions souhaité bénéficier du service de transfert aéroport… mais la voiture n’était pas disponible ce jour la. Ensuite nous souhaitions profiter de la piscine pour le dernier jour de nos vacances… l’hôtel serait bien gardé de mentionner qu’elle était en travaux pour 3 mois sur le site de réservation, »

« Pas d accueil a l aéroport comme prévu. Hôtel vétuste et mal insonorisé. Personnel sympathique et soucieux. Literie d'un autre âge. Je n'aime pas la nourriture indienne je ne peux donc pas juger le petit déjeuner .Transfert retour a l aéroport sans problème mais prévenir 2h avant. En résume hôtel très éloigné des normes européennes mais quand on voit ce que vit la population de Mumbai a t'on le droit de se plaindre... Bon séjour malgré tout . Quartier animé proche de la gare de Bandra »
