"The hotel is not well maintained. The room was dirty and had dead spiders and flies in the bathroom windows. Several bathroom tiles were missing, and multiple things in the room were broken. No heat in the middle of winter
"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater ..."
