I thought it was the Docks.
Just slightly out of the town centre.
Liked it though.
Good value and comfy bed.
Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet

Very comfortable stay, large room with lovely view. Large bathroom with large bath. Highly convenient service area to make tea/coffee and breakfast. Very clean. Historic property with beautiful lounge area. Excellent parking in safe location. Highly convenient to travel to Liverpool and Birkenhead whilst staying in a rural location.

This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Clean room, staff were very helpful and smiley. Vu bar has great view, v especially on the balcony and the fish and chips was lovely. Beakfast was buffet and had everything on offer. I also paid extra to have a late check out.
Will def stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Nice bar area with good staff. Large room with separate sitting area. Only downside was the occasional damp smell in the room and the bedding was torn. Room feels like it needs a good airing but the window appear fixed in place. Stayed here for the football and it’s a perfect location. ...

The staff were great but sadly the property has seen better days. Luke warm water in the washand basin & shower.Lift control button on 3rd floor is defective. Blocked toilet but staff dealt with it promptly. Clean sheets on bed and breakfast edible so reasonable value for money paid.
