I have been coming back to Imperial since I found it 10 years ago. Love having a tennis court and an Olympic size pool a minute walk from my room. The landscaping is lush and well maintained. And the staff are always friendly and helpful

Excellent facilities, WiFi, services and room. Very cheap rate for the things one is getting. Only problem is far walk to main road and out of town. Need own transport or be prepared to spend some money on Grab service.

here is tooooo far from down town. If you want take lest in the hotel you must be choice this hotel. very quiet and clean and really great pool. but too far from town and old hotel. but clean. you can stay with nature.

#### Beautiful Hotel, far from city

The hotel is on a huge well taken care of property. The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing olympic size pool. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The only down side to the hotel is that is is very far from the Chiang Mai city. Perfect hotel if you want to stay at the hotel and swim in the pool. They do offer a free shuttle into the city at 10am and 6pm and pick up at 10pm. It was to far away for us, after the first night we swichted hotels.

#### Our first trip to chiang Mai

The location of the hotel is really remote and far away from all attractions. However if you are there to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city then this is an ideal choice. Hotel Restaurant and facilities close at 8pm! One needs to have a car or hire a driver like what we did.

#### Got ripped off on the Breakfast charged ! 

Not happy with the lack of a safe and restricted view with a few bugs flying into the room that was tatty ! To be charged on my room booked for two people + for a breakfast not included when I paid extra specially for my mums separate room for 2people+ was insulting especially as I made+a point of this site not differentiating between one or more people staying in a room just with or without breakfast included ! Food was adequate unless ordered in room when it was warm by the time it arrived ! Restaurant had no air con or fans with Mosis around ! Pool restricted towels !Its a long way out of town on a gridlocked road !

Das Hotel ist eingebettet in einen tropischen Garten. Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Tennisplaetze, Sauna, Fitness sind kostenfrei zugaenglich. Das Hotel verfuegt ueber einen olympischen Pool mit 10 Bahnen. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis ist unschlagbar.

The resort is a bit old. The service is good. The pool is great, though the water is too cold for swimming. The environment is quiet except on the 1st Fri night, the music from outside was extremely loud. My room's air conditioner was noisy, too. Considering the low price, I shall not complain.

Tesco supermarket is 30min away, city is more. You need a car. The swimming pool is beautiful. Bathroom need renovation.
