My parents room was clean and in decent shape, however my room had half alive roach and a small dead one in shower. Was not the cleanest and the smell did not disappear even after 3 nights. Staff was really nice and we walked around everywhere. Staff booked the best elephant tour for me and packed us breakfast for when we checked out due to an early flight.
