Regardless if we are eating at some fancy restaurant in some high rise or enjoying the freshness of a farm to table dining experience. They are groups of people that often get under appreciated. Individuals like these work day in and day out doing jobs that most of us would rather not do. We see the end product of what we eat and certainly appreciate the dining experience but we don’t often see where it comes from. Let’s always be mindful of the blood, sweat and tears it takes to keep this world fed.

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. The only camp I have ever stayed in was Africa and it crazy expensive. Here we stayed 3 nights. The tent was super comfortable. The food was delicious and decent selection of Thai and Western. The staff was wonderful…I miss their smiles already.

The rooms were pretty authentic to like the way the hill tribe people live in they had sachets and candle spring for the insects which was a nice touch since there were many in the mountains. Breakfast buffet was delicious views were stunning staff service top notch.

Great homestay in the hills peace and tranquility in nature

We stayed for 3 nights and visited a few attractions from this as a base. The house was everything it said it would be and Simon was attentive and helpful at every stage. He even rented us his own car !
