Son appartement est parfaitement situé pour decouvrir Madrid, tout est accessible à pied à distance respectable. Was able to get there easily as needed. AND, the most important!!- Patatas Bravas and Sepia just int he bar/tavern across the doorway!! Music and fun just steps away. The owners were incredible, responsive, and helpful. The process could not be easier. We loved that they provided maps for sightseeing and places to eat, with info on each. We also loved the location. Plenty of sitting areas, and we enjoyed looking out of the balconies at the bustling narrow street below. Three flights up, so may not be suitable for older folks. No clothes dryer, but a washing machine and quaint clothes lines accessible from the window. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Friendly and helpful hosts. ##### Scott P. For me, it's having a full-size refrigerator and lots of counter space in the kitchen, continuous-running hot water for my shower, good WiFi, a desk for setting up my computer and getting work done, and a convenient location. Owners very attentive and the apartment is located in the center of Madrid, excellent and close to everything. I loved the atmosphere very much. It is on the third floor with many stairs so I recommend it only for people who can climb them without any problem.
