Decorated in great detail alternating the essence of the 16th century building with a modern and elegant touch. It has all kinds of amenities (light sensors, integrated speakers, smart TV with Netflix ..) so you can live a different experience and feel as comfortable as possible. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Madrid less than 100m from the main square, and next to the popular neighborhood of La Latina. Enjoy this smart and newly renovated house in the heart of Madrid.  
  
The space  
It consists of small hall, common room with smart TV, bedroom with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. It also has a small interior patio lit with spotlights and pots that gives a luminosity and a characteristic touch to the apartment. There is another small room with a bunk bed with 2 single beds, so this apartment could accommodate up to 4 people quietly. The whole house has home automation, which will make your stay an unforgettable experience: The lighting is adjustable to create different environments, showers with waterfall and rain effect, washbasins made with Turkish marble that light up, large closets with safe, TV with Netflix included . Lights Heating Air conditioning Music (integrated spotify account) There is an air purifier to refresh the atmosphere of this apartment.
