Parking. 32.00 is steep when you are paying price for room. Booked thru third party which I didn’t know I did. Tv didn’t work. Called desk. Sent two guys up. First one had no idea what to do. Sent second guy who stated he was housekeeping. Took tv off wall and never came back. My husband fixed t.v. As it sat on counter.

Great stay. Location is really convenient.

It was a difficult time getting in to park - there were no clear instructions, and their main portico was blocked off for a wedding the next day. We were let in by Valet, who wasn't supposed to let us get in until we had a code, but we couldn't park anywhere to get in to get said code. Once inside, the onsite person was friendly, but clueless. We actually had to help him check us in. A little embarrassing, but we got in. The unit was very clean! The space was perfect for our stay.

It was a very cool experience staying at this historic hotel. It's in a great area. The lobby is stunning. The room we stayed in was spacious but nothing fancy. Our bed was very uncomfortable - it caved into the middle. The friendly staff gave offered us a breakfast credit for the bad sleep. Overall we would stay again.

Absolutely loved the hotel. The room was very spacious and had a fantastic view. The staff was great. The bar inside the hotel was relaxed and the bartender was awesome. There is so many dining options within walking distance from the hotel. During my stay they was doing the Picklesburgh Festival, and this did not impact my stay at all. It was a great stay, planning to do it again soon.
