This is Single one story 2 bedroom cottage with King bed in Master Suite and two Twin beds in 2nd Bedroom. Both bedrooms have full bathroom, closet space and smart Tvs. Full kitchen with appliances like, Stove,Refrigerator, Small dishwasher Microwave, Coffee pot. Unit also has full washer and dryer. Privacy fenced back yard with hot tub, grill and fire pit.

It was a pleasant surprise walking through this comfy home to see the backyard! Having a 3-year-old and 7-year-old with us the ease of them being able to go outside and play and know that they were safe was amazing! The only thing that I would suggest if you really like to cook is bring the majority of the things you need to cook a good meal kitchen is a bit lacking. The king size bed is extremely comfortable but the front room needs blackout curtains because the lights from the parking lot are so bright it was hard for my daughter to sleep. Other than that we had a wonderful stay

It was a very nice house. Hot tub was wonderful. Host was great to work with.We had some problems to start with, but host was quick to make amends.Door is a little difficult to get into, but works with persistence..

The Cutest Place!

We very much enjoyed our stay! We had just a little trouble initially with the keypad when arriving, but that was possibly user error. The host helped quickly when I text for help! Everything was clean and tidy and as pictured! We got great use out of the hot tub and fire pit! We enjoyed the short distance to Clifty Fall, downtown Madison, and several restaurant options! Great stay!

Wonderful, relaxing home

The home was fabulously clean, relaxing, and perfect for our small family. The location is not ideal as it is located between the Comfort Inn and a vehicle repair shop and is on the corner of two very busy/noisy roads. The front yard is literally the driveway between the two so smaller kids would not be able to go from the car to the house without an adult. However, the backyard was very private and the hot tub was the key to a wonderfully relaxing weekend.

Convenient location, excellent accommodations

The property is easy to find, 3 miles outside of Madison and Clifty Falls state park. Having 2 bedrooms, each with its own private complete bathroom with vanity and shower gives excellent privacy. The kitchen has full sized appliances, including an air fryer. Thoughtful extra touches abound. There is a full set of spices, as well as cooking oil, BBQ sauces, coffee, tea etc. The gas grill is excellent, and includes a smoker function. Back yard is totally fenced in, creating a private oasis with plenty of comfortable seating, tables, fire pit etc. I found it outstanding. Interaction with the host/owner was pleasant and courteous. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Madison Cottage

The amenities were amazing! All of the amenities were up to date, new appliances in the kitchen, TVs, beds were comfortable. Interior decor beautiful. Loved the patio area!! Spa was clean, the grill/smoker was awesome! Loved the patio table design. You could tell there was alot of time and care put into the home. Highly recommend. House had a good feel to it as soon as we walked in.

Very nice stay

We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary week away. Very clean, we loved the hot tub and they had wine and some local goodies for us to try as a gift for our anniversary. There was an issue with the door code but they fixed it very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
