Located in the heart of Downtown Sun Prairie, this pet-friendly two bedroom apartment is within walking distance to all the best shopping and dining!

The Space:
Brand new apartment complex with all the trimmings! Fully furnished rooms and kitchen to make your stay feel just like home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit and a parking spot outside of the unit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!

Getting Around:
Taxis are available, including Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Ample street parking available for use as well as parking in the lot.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Very clean and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location near great restaurants and coffee shops. Convenient parking spot right in front. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Host was very communicative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Roomy and modern

We enjoyed our stay at this home away from home. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, and it was nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. The kitchen was great & we liked the dining island. Parking was easy and there was several restaurants near by.

Clean and in the middle of Sun Prairie

This was a perfect place for visiting family and bringing out kids. You can walk to multiple places to eat on main street, and the place was very clean. We had a nice stay. Downtown Madison is only 30 minutes away which is why we were in town.

Great space in a great place

We booked this location for a friend’s wedding in Madison without knowing anything about the area. It was a great town and a great stay. The owner was communicative before, during, and after the stay so that I never had to wonder about any details. The place was clean and had all the necessities. It slept four adults comfortably although likely more ideal for a family with two adults and children. There was plenty of parking and lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place.

CLEAN!!! We have a 1 year old and it was nice to stay somewhere that was extremely clean and kid friendly. Love that the location was right downtown Sun Praire. You can walk anywhere. Parking was secure for us. The pizza restaurant attached to the same building earned a lot of our business. 10/10.

A nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Within walking distance to several places. The coffee maker is a standard 12 cup basket drip model. Host communicates better than I do. Would recommend.

The property was perfect for our visit with new granddaughters. It was close to the family and gave us the ability to run back and forth to have space. It would have been helpful to have a GPS address. We also had difficulty entering after dark without instructions on how to access the keypad and unlock the door. Otherwise awesome visit.
