"Hot tub and pool were open and working which was nice. Brought my dog and his stay was wonderful too. Walk around town was nice and hotel has beautiful views out front of water. Food next door was great, mexican place for supper. Room clean and comfy enough for one night. Whole area is pretty but shops are all pricey. It's a still nice town to walk around and walk to the parks or water. Great location of hotel. Not noisy being dog friendly either."
"Check In/Out was friendly, efficient, informative. The room was clean and comfortable (cooling unit was efficient and not noisy), with the exception of the bedding. The bedding was clean, but dingy (not white) and there was only one thin blanket on the bed and a thin (paper like sheet) coverlet. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a blanket to sleep comfortably. The glass tray in the microwave was missing. Great coffee! The bathroom fixtures, lighting, shower water pressure were excellent. I like the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion ... lovely scent.
The room was quiet. I did not hear any traffic noise, hallway noise or other guest noise.
I did not use the pool or the breakfast.
I will stay again if I come to the Minocqua area on business."
Remodeled pet friendly private home with a/c and wifi
10/10 Excellent
"I really enjoyed this property. It fit our family of four perfectly. Great outdoor space with deck/grill/firepit. The dock is fairly shallow and weedy. I was concerned before we arrived this might be an issue as we rented a 22 foot pontoon boat however it wasn’t a problem at all. Can’t swim off pier however took boat out on lake when we wanted to get in the water. Kelly the property manager was really good and very responsive. Met us at check in to welcome us and answer questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to return."
Charming 3-bedroom cabin in Woodruff perfect for relaxing getaways
10/10 Excellent
"We rented this house for our family vacation during the 4th holiday. We were aware that this was a new construction and the owner Brian was very clear that some landscaping was not complete. We arrived to them finishing the deck on the house and they were very welcoming and respectful of our time. The house was extremely nice inside with everything being new. We put the kids upstairs and took the basement area bedroom that was very beautiful, wide open and had a wonderful bathroom with quiet time away from the kid noise. The whole house was amazing for just beginning to rent to the public. The best part was the deck and outdoor vibe as well. Brian finished off the grounds area for us and put in a wood burning pit for us with chairs. Its a wooded area and in a matter of hours after our arrival we had Deer standing in our yard, feet from us allowing us to feed them some fruit. Every morning and evening them came back and often times laid down near us while we made s'mores. Brian was a great communicator! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Our kids told us it was their favorite vacation ever."
"Great cabin and Northwoods decore throughout. All the amenities you would want. Unfortunately washing machine didn't work and wasn't fixed until day before trip was over, but sh*t happens. Was hot our stay central air throughout. There were 4 of us so 2 showers was essential. And nobody was without hot water. They directed us to a boat rental. Had to drive boat on water from dock to cabin , which initially was apprehensive, but with today's GPS piece of cake. The cabin's dock is steps away. And the lake view from family room and dining room was priceless. We caught several good size fish. Was our 1st time on the lake. They provided ample amount of towels and toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets were provided. There's 2 restaurants that are close by boat or short drive. One night we were out to dinner late. Without gps we never would've found our way back, I passed it couple times as is, in other words it's pitch black. I'd like more detailed explanation on all the vrbo added fees but what you going to do. I'd recommend this cabin and lake."
