Les photos du site et la description ne reflètent en rien la réalité. Et l’hôtel a un sens du service client déplorable, malgré notre totale déception aucun dédommagement financier ne nous a été accordé alors que nous avons décidé de ne pas rester, simplement une proposition de changer de chambre qui n’aurait rien résolu, la propreté et...

"Le séjour n’a pas eu lieu, l’état général de la chambre, son odeur, la présence d’insectes et les taches sur les draps et serviettes nous ont dissuadé de rester. Les photos du site et la description ne reflètent en rien la réalité. Et l’hôtel a un sens du service client déplorable, malgré notre totale déception aucun dédommagement financier ne nous a été accordé alors que nous avons décidé de ne pas rester, simplement une proposition de changer de chambre qui n’aurait rien résolu, la propreté et l’hygiène est une affaire générale, pourquoi ne concernerait-elle qu’une seule chambre??!?!! "
