"I booked an accessible suite so we would have extra room. The picture showed a couch in the room. There wasn't a couch, but instead a futon. This futon was too low and too uncomfortable to use. We were very disappointed. Everything else was okay."

"No remote in room - had to get one from the front desk. Phone doesn’t work. Security lock on door is broken and useless. Filthy dusty behind everything. Beard hair shavings in the sink. "Nice blend of rustic & modern. No complaints at all. I would only suggest replacing the can opener and the BBQ grill may need burners replaced before this year is over. We will certainly consider coming again at a future time."
