"Tried checking into my room at 3:30 pm and my room wasn't ready. I was asked if I wanted to park on site, after I answered yes I was charged $10 for the privilege. Female receptionist had poor English which was embarrassing for both her and I."

"We found our way into the apartment without much problem. It was exactly what we expected and suited us perfectly.
