Bom dia ! Tem coisas que deixaram a desejar . Só acho que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor , alegaram por causa da temporada , não havia opção.ai na semana que começou a encher colocaram mais opções. E do que a prioridade era o bar , não os clientes que estavam hospedado. Só acho que pelo valor pago .o atendimento foi péssimo. Estou colocando aqui e vou fazer a declaração no reclame aqui. Fora que o chuveiro estragou fiquei sem banho. As imagens não condiz com o local . Precisa melhorar muito. Banheiro diz que é dentro do quarto,quando vc chega é no corredor.

Estava numa viagem solo e a minha estadia no Wanderlust foi maravilhosa.. Muito organizado, limpo e confortável... e principalmente, muito bem localizado! Hostel com estrutura de Hotel! Café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários, impecável! Indico de olhos fechados e se eu voltar a Maceió, ficarei lá novamente!

Péssimos funcionários, precisam de reciclagem

Eu já estava hospedado por outra plataforma e precisei estender minha estadia, então fiz uma nova reserva por aqui. Escolhi um quarto com 4 beliches, mas ao chegar à recepção, a atendente insistiu que minha reserva era para um quarto com 8 camas, mesmo eu mostrando no aplicativo que estava claramente descrito como sendo de 4 camas. Apesar disso, ela continuou insistindo no erro. A experiência foi frustrante e mostrou falta de preparo e profissionalismo por parte da equipe. Atendimento muito ruim.

Boa experiência

Achei o espaço do hostel legal com um bom café da manhã e lanche da tarde. Gostei da area rooftop. Atenção ao tempo de limpeza do banheiro, pois quando cheguei de manhã estava bem sujo e sem papel. Assim que sinalizei eles limparam e não houve esse mesmo problema no dia seguinte. Pontos para melhoria : atendimento da recepção, ter um local disponivel para estender roupas molhadas.

Hostel incrível

Fiquei 5 dias nesse Hostel e gostei muito. Já tive experiências com outros e esse foi um dos melhores. O café com toda certeza foi o melhor. Cama confortável e com privacidade. Ar funcionando perfeitamente. Área comum para alimentação top. Só não tem água quente no chuveiro mas também não foi um problema visto que estamos no nordeste rs. Pedi cama no baixo por ter problemas no quadril e fui atendida 😊. Perto de bons restaurantes, farmácia e vida noturna. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza

Lugar muito bacana para o que se propõe! É um hostel! Funcionários da cozinha e limpeza são super gentis! No café da manhã que é top me incomodou muito a presença de uma tal Bárbara, creio ser a gerente, fica como um sargento meio que fiscalizando tudo e tirando o prato da gente antes da hora!
