Mas, agora está decadente. Estrutura antiga, mobília velha, poucos funcionários, iluminação precária, mal cuidado, falta limpeza por toda a parte. Na chegada a recepção foi demorada. O caminho até os quartos (que são distantes) vc msm leva suas coisas. Tem um bar do próprio hotel a beira mar, mas parou no tempo. Sem atrativos e nem banheiro tem. O café da manhã é ok. Mas o almoço ñ tem mto opção. Pedimos carne de sol com arroz e feijão, ñ vem nda de acompanhamento (tipo verdura, batata frita, etc.)e a carne veio crua no meio. O hotel se chama da Natureza, mas o q mais se vê é mato. Cuidado ao caminhar também, pois tem lodo por toda parte e o piso da piscina é inadequado para áreas molhadas, com risco de queda. Seria necessário um bom investimento pois tem potencial mas está em ruínas. Ñ tem serviço de quarto. O frigobar é velho e vazio, sem nem uma garrafa de água sequer e mesmo entrando em contato com a recepção pela noite, eles não servem nada. O hotel, se é que podemos chamar assim, está em estado de abandono. Instalações precárias. Durante nossa estadia, notamos que as instalações físicas do hotel estavam em decadência, com evidente falta de manutenção em aspectos fundamentais. A vegetação está tomando de conta do hotel e à noite, as várias lâmpadas queimadas deixam a área externa em completa escuridão. Os móveis do quarto eram antigos, a cama desconfortável, e o ar-condicionado, barulhento e pouco eficiente. O café da manhã é razoável. A única área positiva do hotel, a piscina, foi obscurecida pelo péssimo atendimento do restaurante e quiosque. Os funcionários, aparentemente frustrados pela condição precária do hotel, não se esforçaram para proporcionar uma experiência agradável. Lamentavelmente, a estrutura do hotel está se deteriorando ao longo do tempo, resultando em uma estadia decepcionante. Felizmente, tínhamos reservado apenas uma diária. O campo de futebol só tinha mato, provavelmente por conta das chuvas, a estrutura é muito boa mas parece que o local está meio "abandonado", precisa ser cuidado melhor. A comida é boa, o local agradável que traz paz. As músicas deveriam ser escolhidas com um certo cuidado, não estavam combinando com o ambiente principalmente se tratando do dia dos namorados, mas melhorou a noite. O atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10 e o café da manhã é bom, mas as instalações mostram decadência, sem manutenção dos blocos de apartamentos , quadras e demais dependências. A nossa viagem estava marcada do dia 01/03/2022 até 07/03/2022 (ontem) porém a Gol antecipou o nosso vôo para o dia 28/02, acabamos dormindo uma noite em Ponta Verde e no dia 01/03 fomos cedinho para lá! Eu minha irmã, mãe e cunhado! Já sabíamos que o Check in séria a partir das 13:00 e chegamos pouco antes das 9:00 já começou que fomos mal atendidos na recepção, pedimos apenas para guardar as nossas malas pra gente curtir a praia, já que o o calor era insuportável! Ele cobrou 50,00 por pessoa, pra adiantar o quarto, aí falamos que era apenas para aguardar as malas, ele foi rude, logo em seguida apareceu a gerente, uma pessoa amarga, sem educação que nos tratou com frieza, informei que chegamos cedo por causa da companhia aerea, ela falou que era problema meu e da Gol, falei que o hotel tinha várias reclamações, ela falou que eu fui pq quis, não deixou usar a área Externa do hotel, nem na praia nos deixou ir, perguntei se estivéssemos atrapalhando que poderíamos no retirar, ela foi muito estúpida! Queríamos comprar uma água não nos venderam, não fizeram questão nenhuma de nós receber! O hotel é abandonado, ar condicionado antigoe barulhento! O café era muito bom, os quartos também! Porém, a área externa, está um pouco descuidada em termo de manutenção (jardins com ervas daninhas, quadra abandonada, parte externa dos prédios precisando de pintura etc). O café da manhã é bom, no entanto o horário é até às 9h, quando deveria ser até às 10h.
