"The room condition and overall service were below expectations. The staff were not very attentive, and breakfast quality was poor with limited options. Overall experience felt below a 3-star standard — needs improvement in cleanliness, service, and food quality."

"We were two guests in a small room - 1 towel and 1 sheet and no window. Nk water between 11:30-1 on a Friday - ok but should have been given a heads up. Laundry is just washer with no real place to hang dry."
