Great place for family getaway

Very clean, well equipped house. kitchen was fantastic and opened onto sheltered courtyard. Ideal location with parking and right in middle of town but quiet at night. it was great to be able to walk to the promenade in a couple of minutes, and lots of good cafes on the doorstep. Had a great family stay - 3 couples.

Lovely location right in the hub of the town. Nice safe feeling during this strange times. The house was perfect lots of space and a real home from home family feel. We had the best time in Mulberry House.

We had the best time in Mulberry House. We couldn’t believe how amazing the house was, the photos don’t do it justice. We are booking up for the time next year and are going to try Mulberry Cottage before then. There’s everything you could need and in a party of 7 we had more than enough space. Thank you so much.

Beautiful house , very comfy and spacious .

Beautiful house , very comfy and spacious . A nice welcome pack upon arrival which was much appreciated. Situated on the end of the main shopping street in lytham but wasn’t much noise . Lytham is very dog friendly , most cafes / shops allowed well behaved dogs in , which was a great bonus for us . Will use again

The house is stunning it was our second time here.

The house is stunning it was our second time here. There are only a couple of things negative. We spent most of our time in the lovely kitchen some of the chairs are really uncomfortable. Also the settee bed is very uncomfortable due to the springs. The only other thing is please can we have better instructions how to use the cooker 😂 Lovely house, great contact and really helpful. Lovely leafy Lytham! Mulberry House is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the big kitchen diner, all mod cons to self cater, but to be honest why would you when you have all the amenities that Lytham offers? We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some time. Car parked and hardly moved for the week, the house is seconds away from shops and cafes of Lytham, it was a real treat to see such a thriving high street with some fab independent shops; you're also a couple of minutes away from the promenade, which is great for exercising dogs and people. All had a great nights sleep on comfy beds and a bathroom each! Very good showers too!

Fabulous house.

Fabulous house. 10 of us stayed for a special birthday celebration. We were well informed about the house and the local area before we arrived. Fresh flowers, a bottle of prosecco and enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk to keep us going was provided which was a nice gesture. We had an online shop delivered but there is a tesco and sainsbury local within 5 minute walk from the house. The house was nice and warm when we arrived with all the beds made up. It is very spacious and the kitchen/diner is fantastic. In fact we spent most of our time in there, didn't even use the lounge. The bed I slept in was very comfy with good quality bedding. It was the double room. However the downstairs sofa bed I was told was not very comfortable. We had no issues with hot water, but the towels were a tad on the small side. There was everything you would need in the kitchen with plenty plates, glasses etc. We had a Chinese delivered on Friday and ate out Saturdays so only cooked breakfast but there is enough equipment should you want to cook something more elaborate. We ate at Ego a 5 minute walk down the High Street which I would definitely recommend for a special occasion. If we were to go to Lytham again I would definitely book Mulberry House again.
