Cool industrial looking hotel near a large shopping mall. Convenient and spacious. Rooms are comfortable but bathrooms are a bit crammed in the standard room class. Good food menu offered and nice cocktail list. This is a business hotel with a cool vibe. The mall is big and fancy with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket and many shops.
Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Two minute walk to a big mall that has a descent size grocery store, ATM, restaurants and regular shopping. The mall is very clean and felt safe. Breakfast at hotel is a little pricey but if you are limited with time, it’s a good option.
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, all round excellent service. But double check that the shower works and sink drains well as soon as you check in. Staff were very proactive about resolving these issues and had my room changed.
In a very clean and safe shopping center complex next to the University. Good restaurant onsite and plenty others within walking distance across the parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff with an updated design property. Many pricing options should be affordable to most travelers.
The “double” rooms are SMALL, positively minuscule. I knew the hotel was built with containers and the small room indeed felt like a container. The shower was claustrophobic and had that container feel.
I needed to stay an extra day and the double rooms were not available so I had to upgrade to an executive room. The executive room was expansive, well lit and actually large enough for two people. This is what I expected from a hotel made out of containers. It felt modern, chic and very inviting. I could actually live in the executive room and be more than OK.
That said, the cost of the executive room was too much for Lusaka given that a room at Ciêla would only be $20 more.
Staff were amazing, especially at the restaurant and bar. Porters as well. Excellent customer service.
Location is perfect. East Park mall is less than a 6 minute walk away. Lots of great restaurants and shops.
Had to stay at last minute as double booked elsewhere. Had seen hotel before from outside and thought worth a try. Staff pleasant. For a new hotel our room was a disappointment. Very small. Smelled musty and damp...suspect the shower enclosure has been leaking chronically. Tiny bathroom with a loose toilet. Door sticking and not sliding. "Floating floor" likely related to leak in bathroom. Usual some maintainance needed.
Food good and reasonable for dinner. $25 however is outrageous for breakfast for one.
Unlikely to go back.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
What is advertised here as a standard suite, really is an executive room, which is how the hotel refers to it.
The room was spacious but a little noisy and the Aircon dripped water into the wardrobe.
The hotel itself looks cool and modern. Food is very good.
Beautifully designed and appointed hotel, the building was a pleasure to be in. Super comfortable beds and well laid out rooms. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.
The proximity to the mall (being only feet away) and it being central to many areas in the city were great. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well when it came to helping with rides. While the complementary breakfast was good, I was not a huge fan of dinner.
