It was nice to have kids plates and the pack and play available and our boys loves the stream to play in. Felt that the charge of 20 per person over 4 was unreasonable given that the 3rd bedroom was not adult friendly. Also tip jar for housekeeper seemed excessive given that a cleaning fee is part of charge. Even with these issues i would visit again. Kitchen is well-equipped, rooms are comfortable and the deck is perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Location is great for many different trail heads and the hikes were wonderful. It was very comfortable - the bedrooms and common areas were well suited to a family. It was 10 minutes from the quaint little town of Luray, which had a few shops, good restaurants and access to the Luray caverns (a phenomenal way to spend our rainy last day).
