Location
This 3-room vacation apartment, with approximately 80 m² of living space, is located in a quiet residential area in Lüdenscheid, just 3 minutes from the A45 highway. The 8-unit building offers an excellent location and good transportation connections. Supermarkets (Aldi & Rewe), a bakery, a snack bar, McDonald’s, and gas stations are all within easy reach. A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay. A home improvement store (Obi, Hellweg), a restaurant, and a pizzeria are also just a short drive away. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Accommodation
The accommodations are located on the first floor of a well-maintained multi-unit building. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 sleeping spots, a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The first bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200), while the second bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed (90×200). The third bedroom also features 2 single beds (90×200). The largest room has a balcony, which offers additional comfort and a beautiful view.

Amenities
Upon arrival, a set of towels (1 large and 1 small) is carefully placed on the bed, which is made up with fresh linens, so no one needs to bring their own towels or bedding. All rooms are equipped with a modern 55-inch 4K smart TV, which allows guests to log in with their own Netflix or other streaming account and enjoy personalized entertainment. A first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are stored in a central location in the apartment to ensure safety during your stay and to be immediately available in case of an emergency. The modern kitchen features a built-in washing machine and a wide range of amenities—it has everything you could possibly need. These include, among other things, plates, silverware, glasses, cups, stovetops, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Additionally, a coffee maker, a kettle, a bottle opener, scissors, and sharp knives are provided, so you’ll have all the necessary kitchen utensils at your fingertips. Large pots, pans, and a salad bowl round out the amenities to make your stay even more convenient. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower enclosure to allow for a pleasant shower or bath. There is also a clothes drying rack, a hair dryer, and ample storage space, which further enhance comfort and ensure practical use. For families with small children, both a high chair and a travel crib can be provided upon request.
