Il personale è estremamente disponibile e gentile: il prezzo è eccessivo per la scarsa qualità del comfort. Inoltre si pagano, oltre ai costi, anche 25 euro per pulizia finale. Il personale ci ha fatto notare che era scritto ciò nel contratto (separato dal prezzo della camera, che invece risaltava, ed in piccolo, nelle note), ma non ci ha proposto il cocktail di benvenuto come invece era altresì scritto sempre nelle note. Parcheggio: abbiamo utilizzato a 200 metri quello dell'ospedale che è gratis fino alle 10 del mattino dalle 18 della sera precedente. La struttura NON OFFRE LA COLAZIONE, la camera era al secondo piano, senza ascensore, con scala ripida (il proprietario ci ha gentilmente portato una parte dei bagagli all'arrivo). In bagno c'erano shampoo, docciaschiuma e sapone liquido già usati, mentre gli asciugamani erano puliti. La camera era pulita ma con lenzuola non stirate.
