Hot water to take a nice shower, a foot massager after a long day of exploring, and an air purifier to keep the air fresh and clean with a lavender scent so you can sleep like a baby. If you love to bake, a well-equipped kitchen is waiting for you. Purified water throughout the property; a beautiful private home with enough backyard space for children to play and for you to have a BBQ on the charcoal grill; and backyard games with outdoor seating. Each room has a comfortable king or queen bed with a smart TV and an air purifier to help give you fresher air while you sleep. A closet with hangers, a steamer, a full-length mirror, a chest of drawers to help pack away your things when you arrive, an AC unit, and a ceiling fan For extra guests, there will be additional charges.

Each room has a chest of drawers and a closet for storing your luggage. Two Samsung 45-inch smart TVs for your comfort and a 60-inch in the living room
Bedroom and living:
One room consists of a king-size bed, and the other is a queen-size. Duvets and blankets with extra pillows and AC units are included in bedrooms and the living room. The living room space has a three-seater sofa plus an oversized chair. The dining table with comfortable padded seats is fit for six people. Designated work space as well.
Kitchen and washroom:
The kitchen is fully equipped with purified water, an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, "bullet," coffee maker, refrigerator, "French door" with freezer, baking pans, pots, and utensils. A washer and dryer are also provided in a separate room.
Games and books:
Game boards are provided to help lighten the mood; two game controller books for book lovers, both for kids and adults; card games; a block game; football; and free WiFi and other extras.

I really enjoyed my stay. My family and boyfriend did enjoy themselves to. Everything was liget and the pictures of the house pictures looks the same as the ones posted. I recommend this place to anybody because it is a nice and clean place to stay in.

Booked a vacation for me, my aunts and her daughter. The place was exactly as listed, very clean, had some bare necessity to hold us until we went grocery shopping. We arrived late but the host was very understanding, the communication was great especially after the electricity went out for majority of one day and then the TV in main room stopped working. WWe did not have many issues, we went a lot of places and visited family and friends. The community was quite, the pool and beach wss great and the Grand Palladium hotel is just up the road which we took advantage of and booked a day pass and enjoyed massages and dinner at the Italian restaurant and lunch from their jerk hut and buffet. Can't wait to return, the best time. Thank you Shernet for being an awesome host,

My friend and i stayed at Sun-Kissed Bay, Oceanpointe and it was amazing. This place is gorgeous and looks better in real life. It's very clean, welcoming and comfy. I slept like a baby on the bed. There is hot water which was a plus for me. A starter shower gel and toothbrush is provided by the host luckily, because I forgot my own. But bring your own for longer stays. The kitchen is well equipped and they even have baking pans. When I entered the kitchen, I was greeted with two complimentary water and beer, with some snacks, which was good for me because I arrived late. There is also tea. The internet is fast and there is cable TV. The back yard has outdoor furnitures, an umbrella and a bbq grill if you plan to. Plenty of space for kids to run around. The A/C in the room was another plus for me since I'm use to sleeping with the ac on. But if you don't like the ac there is ceiling fan. The host is helpful as I didn't know how to lock the door and she replied to my message very quickly. Just long hold the # key until it says door locked. This host thought about a lot of things. They have an air purifier and even a foot massager which is very helpful after walking outside all day. This community is peaceful and I felt safe. A security is at the gate and entering was a breeze. It was an easy check-in as I got my code the day before. I didn’t get the time to use the gym but the pool is great. I am definitely booking a longer stay next time. I was very comfortable and it felt li
