Location
Vacation Home 25 is located in the front row with views of the dunes, the beach, and the sea. This inviting vacation home is situated directly on Dünenweg, the path that separates the Strandblick vacation village from the wide Baltic Sea beach. The fine sandy beach is less than 100 metres away—ideal for sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts!

The House
With a spacious floor area of approximately 195 m², the vacation home can accommodate up to 12 people—perfect for families or groups of friends. It features its own large pool and a total of 6 bedrooms:

- 3 bedrooms with double beds
- 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds

Special highlights
A large indoor pool with a slide, a hot tub (for up to 5 people), steam room, and sauna. The hot tub and steam room guarantee you a great family vacation no matter the weather!

The pool area can be locked for the safety of our youngest guests. This allows parents to relax and enjoy their vacation while their children play in a safe environment.

The wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere during the colder months!
Two sunny terraces invite you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Here you can relax undisturbed or spend cozy evenings with friends.

A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are provided.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to gather. Two sofa corners and an inviting dining area create a cozy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, while the flat-screen TV, radio with CD player, and DVD player provide entertainment. Large windows with curtains ensure a comfortable level of privacy.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could want. Here you’ll find, for example:

- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven

A wide variety of pots, dishes, and glasses are also available—perfect for preparing your favourite meals!

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 each), which are pushed together to form double beds. Two of the bedrooms and the alcove each have two single beds (80 x 200 each). Each bedroom features a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe.

Bathrooms
The spacious main bathroom is a real highlight:

- Two sinks and two showers
- Separate sauna and steam room for pure wellness

There is also a guest restroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The terraces are ideal for relaxing while you enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the vacation village. For your convenience, three free parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome in this non-smoking apartment!

Important Booking Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious vacation homes, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation on Priwall in Travemünde, located in a quiet, beachfront setting. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 metres.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller vacation home for a small group or an XXL vacation rental with its own pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect vacation home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all vacation accommodations at the resort, and dogs are allowed in many vacation homes as well. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each vacation home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire resort offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility charges, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Strandblick Village 1 vacation village on the Travemünde-Priwall


At the Strandblick vacation resort, Village 1, exclusive vacation homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each vacation home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
