« This was our 3rd stay at Rainbow Beach club. First time in this unit. We arrived early due to our flight being ahead of schedule. Had to call the owner Mike as the lock was time delayed. Once inside the unit it was very warm and we had to call Mike as the AC was turned off and we couldn’t get it to turn on. The unit was clean. The next day the fridge stopped working.Mike instructed us to turn the fridge off to defrost it which was problematic as we had just been to Super U and bought groceries...

« The spotlights in the bathroom were not all working, therefore the shower area was very dark. There was no cold water from the bathroom sink, it was very little. The stove top was not working so the food we bought wemt to waste. We contacted the owner multiple times through Watsapp, but he didn't answer although he read the msgs. »
