Acesso fácil, próximo da praia, com bom estacionamento, perto de comercio, supermercado, bons restaurantes e esplanada. Apartamento muito quente, a ventoinha não resolve o problema, concentra muito o calor por ter uma grande exposição solar. Devia ter ar condicionado e seria um apartamento top.
