### VILAMOURA MAIN AVENUE by HOMING

This cozy 1-bedroom accommodation offers the perfect environment for those seeking privacy and comfort. The room is well-lit and decorated with a modern and welcoming style, providing a tranquil space to rest. The living area is charming and functional, and the fully equipped compact kitchen offers practicality for preparing meals. Ideal for couples or individual travelers, this accommodation provides the tranquility and comfort necessary for a relaxing stay, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.   
  
All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.   
  
The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in, which should be done from 3:30 PM. At that time, you should inform us of your arrival time.   
  
Key delivery will be done at our Welcome Center in Vilamoura, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out, if needed.   
  
Please note that late check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation, between 7 PM and midnight, and has an extra cost of €30\.   
  
At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that when checking out, you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.   
  
We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon consultation).

location is great. checkin was good with charming young lady. ant infestation in kitchen and bathroom. would be nice to have some basics in a welcome pack(salt,pepper, tea,coffee,sugar etc)

The apartment was spacious and comfortable but the water heater broke down and could not be repaired so I had to move to a hotel late in the evening which was a huge inconvenience when I had planned to go out. The property management refunded the money for that night but offered no compensation for the inconvenience.
