### T2 Porto Marina, a 4 min. Marina Vilamoura

This charming apartment is located on the 4th floor, with a lift, in a very safe and quiet residential area. Just a 4-minute walk from Vilamoura Marina, 15 minutes (on foot) from Praia da Falésia and next to the Roman Ruins. Within a radius of 500m you can find everything you need for your day-to-day life, including a supermarket, bakery/pastry shop, restaurants, café, bus stop and all the services inherent to an excellent tourist area.   
  
It consists of 2 bedrooms, both with fans, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and washbasin, the other with a washbasin, toilet and bidet. The dining/living room is equipped with a TV, sofa bed (for up to 2 children), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, so you can enjoy your leisure time. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender and all the utensils needed to prepare meals. And a small balcony where you can enjoy a fantastic view of Vilamoura Marina.   
  
The condominium has a pleasant garden with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool for adults and another for children, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve climate.   
  
There is free parking in front of the building, on the public road.   
  
Vilamoura Marina occupies a prominent place in international recreational sailing. It also has bars, terraces, restaurants, shops and a long pedestrian promenade. It is usually the stage for several international sailing competitions and is also very popular with practitioners of various sports. Several cruises and boat trips depart from there daily.   
  
Vilamoura is also a true paradise for golf lovers.   
  
Other nearby amenities include the Cerro da Vila Museum, the Roman Ruins, the Casino and the Aquashow water park.
