The house is prepared to receive children and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. The living room is very pleasant, with a comfortable sofa bed and a 55-inch LG LED TV. The balcony - with a side sea view - has an outdoor dining area, which is great for enjoying family meals. In the bedroom marquee there is a dressing room with a full-length mirror, cot and nappy changer (a high chair for babies is also available). The accommodation is ideal for those looking for a comfortable holiday, close to the beach, restaurants and all the necessary services. The flat is in a central area of Quarteira, and there are several free outdoor parking options around the building. There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night. The Check-in is made directly at the property, between 4pm and 7pm. This information is essential for the property to be available when you arrive. You can request early check-in, before 4pm, for €30.00\. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 200 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in. Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in.
