It has a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and other services. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxed holiday, without having to travel by car. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed of 180x200 or the possibility of two single beds of 90x200\. It has a bathroom with a bathtub and a large living room perfect for socializing - with a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. The apartment has two balconies, one with a dining area for 4 people and the other with a side sea view. There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night. Check-in takes place at our office at Avenida Infante Sagres 109, between 16:00 and 19:00\. This information is essential for the property to be available when you arrive. You can request early check-in, before 4pm, for €30.00\. This is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 100 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. If you would like an invoice with a tax number, please send your billing details by the day of check-in. Guests over the age of 16 are charged the tourist tax at check-in. In accordance with the amendment to the Regulations and Table of Fees and Licences for the incorporation of the Municipal Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Loulé, published in the Diário da República, the amount to be charged from November to March is €1 per night, per person and from April to October is €2 per night, per person. L'appartement de Guillerme est lui aussi parfait pour un couple avec enfants ou 2 couples, tout est propre et le nécessaire est mis à disposition. Il est idéalement placé à 1 min de la plage de Quarteira, vous la verrez depuis le balcon, et pour les plus courageux ils pourront se déplacer facilement à pieds jusqu'à la plage de Vilamoura (environ 30min), il y a également toutes les commodités aux pieds de l'appartement, boulangeries, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants, petit supermarché... Guillerme est aussi prêt à aider en cas de besoin ou à conseiller. Merci à lui de nous avoir accueilli mes amis et moi pour ces quelques jours ! ##### Melissa R. Only a few steps away from the beautiful beach and promenade and lots of bars & restaurants. About a 20 minute easy flat walk to Vilamoura marina. The bus station is only 5 min walk if you don't have a car. Check-in was very easy, Leonor met us as arranged and told us all we needed to know about the apartment. She also provided a mobile number but we didn't have any problems so didn't need to contact her during our stay. The apartment is well furnished, spotlessly clean, plenty of storage space, everything looked almost new and the bed was very comfy, what more could you need? The Coral is a fantastic beach bar for watching the sunset only a few minutes walk away along the promenade. ##### Sandra K. Wir waren im linken App., zu dem die ersten 16 Bilder passen. Das Appartement ist so, wie die Bilder es zeigen. Wenig Möbel, aber für unsere Idee sehr gut. Die beiden Balkons gehen zur Straße, d.h. es ist Richtung Osten, also Sonne im März sehr wenig und sicher daher auch kalt in der Küche. Warme Luft als Heizung in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, daher auch im Bad kühl. Preis mit rund 21 Euro am Tag im März okay. Intermarché, pâtisserie, café et restaurants sont à 2 pas. Avons énormément apprécié notre séjour. Guilherme était très présent, attentionné et souhaitant notre bien-être, c'était évident pour lui.
