Bright and spacious living space featuring expansive rooms, thoughtful furnishings, fine art, and great amenities. We have a large, fully fenced side and backyard perfect for those traveling with small ones and pets. Our home is a wonderful choice for couples, families, and groups and is only 10 miles away from Churchill Downs! The space There is a large living room, front room, Kitchen and dining on the main floor, with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is also additional hang out space in the basement, with a large sectional couch and laundry facilities. Please note that all sleeping areas require stairs. House was spacious, nicely decorated. Plus was the fenced in yard for our dog. Great parks in area. Everything was always no more than a 10 min drive. Communication with owners was excellent. Some not so positive- It is noted it’s a busy street in the description. Just know that is beyond accurate. We all wore ear plugs to sleep at night and were still woke up by cars without mufflers and music blaring. Wasn’t the cleanest. The kitchen and refrigerator needed a wipe down, rewashed a lot of dishes. I didn’t address these issues with the property manager because once we got settled in the STR we didn’t want to deal with cleaning people coming in. Not very relaxing, living room furniture not comfy and broke down The phrase we said daily “It’s grand central station around here” ##### Rebecca R.
