Bright & welcoming 1 bedroom apartment in a newly renovated 1905 historic triplex building, ready to give you the relaxing home-away-from-home you are dreaming of for your Lousiville visit. \*Bedroom- comfortable queen bed, corner closet with hangers, & 4 drawer dresser with extra hanging space. Sound machine provided. \*Bathroom- stocked with shower necessities, hair dryer, straightener, cotton balls, & makeup remover rag. \*Living room- TV with Firestick & couch with brand new queen pull out bed. Other Details to Note: ^Noise/Foot traffic: We are best suited for those who want to adventure and take advantage of the location, not those looking for a quiet night on a weekend. Being so close to everything, the house is located on a busy street with a lot of people passing by. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom. You will likely hear some of the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood throughout your stay in the unit and may come across some locals on your walks to tour the town. On weekend nights you will hear cars and people outside, but that is the tradeoff for being in the heart of all the action! ^Parking: Free street parking. On weekends in the late afternoon/evenings street parking may sometimes be full right outside the building. However, there is ample street parking around the block. \[While you are not supposed to, my family and I parked for a year with no issues in the triangle marked area by the telephone pole and dumpster (we are not responsible if you get towed)\] ^TV: Has Firestick, personal login required for streaming services. ^Laundry: In-building laundry available for stays over 1 week, will consider for shorter stays upon request prior to check-in. ^Cleaning Fee: Stays over 1 week will require deep clean, total cleaning fee will be $140. ^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $35. ^Guest Number: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house.
