Explore the river by foot or bike, or head 3.8 miles to Duffy's Landing to launch your boat or jet ski for a day on the water. Spring St and downtown Jeffersonville is 7 miles west. This garage conversion is a cozy, stylish getaway in a beautiful setting. The space has a rustic-meets-modern vibe with exposed joists, painted block walls, and polished concrete floors. The open-concept first floor combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The efficiency kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, Emeril toaster oven, microwave, and a two-burner induction cooktop, plus all the essentials: blender, Keurig, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. \*\*Wi-fi internet, electricity, water/sewer & trash collection included.
