Great location for exploring Highlands, downtown, and Germantown! Louisville is known for breaking records as home to boxer Muhammad Ali, the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the University of Louisville and its Cardinals, and Louisville Slugger baseball bats, not to mention the thriving music scene! Shotgun style home features 3 bedrooms, sitting area, bathroom, laundry, and eat in kitchen. Entire home is newly remodeled. Deck has patio furniture for outdoor dining and a fire pit. Honestly, we were a little nervous as we drove to the property. The main strip was busy with transients. But, as the days went by, Vine St. remained quiet and calm. There was plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen for my family to prepare multiple meals. Laundry facility was a life saver for us. We had everything we needed as far as towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets. The first aid kit came in handy for our little one. Our week of stay was very comforting. We only needed two bedrooms so having a 3rd bedroom was not an issue. It would not have been anyway since the living room has a door to separate it. The house was very clean. The extras such as a dog kennel, food and water bowls, and treats were much appreciated! K cups for the coffee maker along with a many other extras were very nice too. There are fans in the closets if you like a fan on to sleep, folding camp chairs, plenty of towels. The steps can be a little bit of a workout so be aware if you have issues navigating stairs. The neighborhood is nice minus one cranky neighbor. If you can, be sure to check out The Vintage Market down the street. Their food was delicious and a very short walk away! ##### Erin R.
