Two stories and comprising three bedrooms, an elevated open plan living space and a second rumpus downstairs, oceanswell is a comfortable family holiday home ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. The main living area is full open plan and brings the family together in a warm environment. Spilling onto the balcony with a sense of tree top privacy, this whole front end of the home feels like somewhat of a crow's nest. Descending behind and below to the sleeping quarters, main bathroom and laundry. Both well-equipped and spotless. Downstairs, the rumpus includes king single bunk beds and a king single with trundle (sleeps 4 downstairs), toilet, shower, kitchenette and billiard/table tennis table. The fully enclosed backyard is another key feature of the home. Throw in ample off-street parking, air con, external shower and wood fire and you have yourself everything needed for your next beach escape.
