It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained house with several holiday apartments and offers space for up to five people on 50 m² – ideal for families or couples looking for sun, sea, and relaxation. The accommodation has two spacious bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a double and single bed, as well as an optional baby bed. The air-conditioned living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The equipment includes an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, mirror, and toilet. A highlight of the holiday apartment is the large, covered balcony with 48 m² of space, sea view, dining table, chairs, parasol, clothes horse, and private outdoor grill – perfect for shared meals outdoors or relaxed evenings overlooking the bay of Lopar. The guests also have access to the house's garden with sun loungers, parasols, a sandpit for children, and a barbecue area. A private parking space is located directly on the property. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, electricity, and water are included in the price. Pets are welcome and can be brought for a fee. A baby bed is available upon request. Two boat moorings can be booked additionally, as well as an airport transfer. The location is quiet and yet central: A restaurant is only 30 m away, supermarket, bakery and bus stop can be reached after about 500 m. The town centre of Lopar with further shopping opportunities, cafés and leisure facilities is also within walking distance.
