It is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained house with several apartments and offers space for up to three people on 42 m². Ideal for couples or small families who want to spend relaxing holiday days on Rab. The accommodation features a large bedroom with a double bed and baby bed, as well as a bright living and dining area with a sofa bed and armchair. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures on hot summer days. The small kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. A dining table for four invites shared meals. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. From the living room, you can access the covered balcony with lounge furniture, awning and clothes horse – the ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine. The house's facilities also include a well-maintained garden with seating areas, a grill, sun loungers, and parasols. A sandpit is available for children. Wi-Fi and a private parking space directly at the house are also available. Pets are welcome and can be brought along for a fee. The centre of Lopar is only about 500 m away.
