"We had an amazing stay at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum! Everything about the experience was five-star from start to finish. "Goods: You can't beat the location - easy walk in ski boots to a lodge and lift that takes you to the top of the mountain and you can ski down to that location too. Great parking in front or in an underground garage. Major complaints: Only bed is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs - stairs are steep and narrow without railing. Easy to fall down if sleepy and/or older; middle of night visits could be dangerous. Sink water temperature control is opposite of standards; i.e., default when turning on water is super hot and you have to wait for the cold to come through. Electric heat is drying and even when all heaters are turned off, the unit is still fairly warm - too warm for me when sleeping."

"The place barely resembles the pictures. Every piece of furniture has stains on it. Two of the showers have broken bars on them. I cut my arm on one of them. The place is basically unclean. There was a dead fly in the fridge. Many of the towels and washcloths also were stained. The kitchen did not include any glass ware other than some shot glasses, coffee mugs and beer steins. The only reason I did not leave one star was the location. It is very handy if you are there to go skiing.Although, you wouldn't know it since there is no place to store your skis or boots when you come home. There is not even a coat rack.The photos really made the place look nice, It was not."
