Longwood Tours and Activities

If you are looking for hot water and a location down town for events, this is your spot! However If you value anything else keep scrolling… If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. After getting sick on the travel to Baton Rouge, we requested a earlier check in and were immediately denied with the response that we do not Ever allow early check ins. So at four pm you guessed it, absolute mayhem, over 45 minutes to get into our room. The wrong room, mind you. Our reservation was for two queens, we got a King. A dirty King, the bathroom was not cleaned & had no towels. Unfortunately I forgot my toothbrush and went back up to the front desk and waited in the check in line again. They can sell you t-shirts, beer and koozies, but toothbrushes No we don't do that here. I took that opportunity to express my grievances over all of this and was met with we are really sorry about all of this. Next in line… And the cherry on top is when a cleaning staff came into our room While we were preparing to get dressed for the evening. Book with caution. It's a mess!

Wonderful stay and very convenient for our campus tour
