"Pre booked breakfast but at dining room door told we hadn’t paid for it on several occasions when we had paid previous night, quite embarrassing in front of other guests. Bedroom-clean, very roomy, just recently redecorated but shocking sour/dirty mop smell from bathroom."

The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided ..."
