Now is a great time to escape to the beach where you can destress in an environment that makes it easy to social distance and stay safe. This popular Gulf Front unit has breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf from nearly every room! Cathedral ceilings and added windows make this unit exceptionally spacious and flooded with light. Extensive renovations have created a dramatic open concept kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The large dining area is surrounded by windows and is perfect for watching the world-famous sunsets on Longboat Key. The master bedroom features a wall of windows looking directly out onto the Gulf. You will wake up to the sights and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore. The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master suite, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living area. For your entertainment, flat screen televisions are located in the living room area and both bedrooms, and Frontier FIOS and WIFI. To provide a truly turnkey experience, the unit also contains collections of books, games, pool and beach toys, a portable crib, high chair, beach cooler and beach towels. Your complete comfort and satisfaction is important to us, so we make sure our unit is continually updated. Recent 2020 additions include a new patio set, fresh new décor, and a luxurious new Tommy Bahama mattress and bedding in the master suite. The complex features a heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court and an immaculate private, white sandy beach. Other free guest amenities include a common laundry facility located next to the main office, outdoor barbeque grills, a picnic area overlooking the Gulf and plentiful chaise lounges on the beach. The property is ideally located mid-key, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, activities and museums. We are just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Armand’s Circle, and the popular Bridge Street area on Anna Maria Island. Boat and bike rentals, kayak tours, parasailing, golf, fishing and so much more are all nearby. For meals, you can pick up groceries at Publix or gourmet takeout at Harry’s, both of which are just down the street. Or dine out at a wide array of restaurants right on the Key, including a beach bar and fine dining right next door at the Zota Beach Resort. Many casual restaurants are in the area, or you can opt for world class dining at the new Shore or Mar Vista restaurants on the north end of the island. Conveniently located to St Armand, Sarasota, and surrounding areas with restaurants and amenities. Unit 303 has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Was able to observe the sunset from either the beach or from several locations inside the unit, the balcony, the dining area or the master bedroom. The unit had everything a family could possibly need. Kitchenware, televisions and DVRs, beach toys and supplies and puzzles and games. Even a few books. During our stay, the resort wasn't very crowded which also made our experience more enjoyable. Most days the pool was empty except for us and it was pleasantly warm (82 degrees according to the in-room manual). One of our biggest surprises was the hot water and pressure, both were in abundance. The only issues which didn't prevent us from enjoying ourselves, were minimal, the tv and cable box in the master bedroom were not connected (the chest of drawers was heavy and awkward to move out) but again not a big deal. The two sofas and the two carpets have seen a lot of use, wear and tear and are need of replacement, again not a deal breaker. There was no outside distracting noises. Very peaceful! The place was very clean, very quiet...our view was amazing. The pool was very nice, we also had tennis rackets and other things to do outside. In our party was myself, my husband, my daughter, her husband and their infant son. My daughter was very nice when she let us have the main bedroom which consisted of a king bed, an attached bath and a larger room. My daughter and her husband were in the other room with two twin beds. One of the beds had a mattress that was less than acceptable. They described it as if the springs were gone on one side of the mattress. They put blankets under to help support them while they slept. We traveled from Chicago to visit family on the island: me, my husband and three children (4, 8, 10 years old). The kids loved the tv in the bedroom. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony and family breakfast round the gorgeous dining table with views in every seat. The unit had almost all the essentials. A quick trip to nearby Publix and CVS filled in anything additional we needed. We spent time both on the beach and at the pool. No complaints! ##### Amy B. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and both units have exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, every person is amazingly helpful and each process is seamless! This unit in particular has beautiful views, and a ton of additional items in the storage closet including umbrellas, coal/lighter fluid for grilling, pool toys and so many other comforts of home. Our kids (10 yrs and 18 months) had a great time and we're very comfortable in our unit during our stay. The only possible critique I could provide is maybe to add a couple of area rugs since the unit is tile throughout the living room area. With a toddler, we brought our own floor mats to make sure she was comfortable crawling around which worked beautifully! We will absolutely return again and plan on making this property our yearly vacation spot! ##### Kimberly P. The unit we stayed was a little worn, but who spends most the time in a condo when you’re there for the beach? The only thing I would really have to say was not adequate was the pull out sofa; very uncomfortable. There were plenty of chairs on the beach for my family and umbrellas to borrow from the condo office. Our main issue is with the worn mattresses and couches. All need to be updated: the couch was almost unbearable to sit on and the mattresses felt really old and tired (just like us after trying to sleep on them for 5 nights). The kitchen was well stocked with just about all the utensils and cookware you’ll need and the appliances were newer. There are beach towels and hair dryers, which are not listed, and knowing that would have saved us a lot of luggage space. The door lock also needs attention, we almost couldn’t get the door open a few times.
