Enjoy spectacular sunset views, steps from the beach and pool. Exceptionally open and spacious, #216 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It has been under new ownership in the last few years, updated with new furnishings and amenities that include: A fully-equipped spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, along with a dining area, perfect for meals and entertaining. A primary suite that features a king size bed, built-in dresser, desk, and walk-in shower. An extra-large guest bedroom with two queen beds and adjacent bathroom that offers a tub and shower. The balcony is partially covered, accommodating both those who do and don’t prefer shade, with counter height table, swivel chairs and bistro set. For your entertainment, flat screen smart televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable and WIFI are included, as well as a DVD player. The complex includes many complimentary amenities: an immaculate private, white sandy beach, heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis/pickleball court, parking, 24 hour laundry with no pay washers/dryers, a board game/DVD library, outdoor BBQ grills, a picnic area overlooking the Gulf, umbrellas and plentiful chaise lounges. Sand Cay is a quaint and quiet boutique resort ideally located mid-key, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, activities and museums. It’s just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Armand’s Circle, and the popular Bridge Street area on Anna Maria Island. Easy access to the beach and the umbrellas and beach chairs came in handy.
