A large, round faux marble table in the dining room seats 8 comfortably and has panoramic water and sunset views for memorable family dinners. The living room boasts a large flat screen tv, expansive comfortable sofa with chaise and a recliner. Adjacent den can be closed off for privacy and can be utilized as an office, bedroom, or quiet reading room or opened to be part of the living room and common space. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, a generous closet and an en suite full bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom can sleep up to 3 and has 2 twin trundle beds, with one that can open to become a king. It also includes a wall mounted flat screen tv and a small desk. A stacked washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with bright white cabinetry, and granite countertops. There are lots of hooks and storage everywhere and tasteful luxury hardwood-like vinyl flooring. This beautiful apartment opens out to a generous patio with a round dining table that has ocean and sunset views for your enjoyment.
