Newly Renovated!! Sunny southern exposure abounds from this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath get a way at Beachplace. This third floor residence has wonderful Gulf beach views from the balcony. It is tastefully furnished with a spacious split bedroom plan. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, DVD players and wireless internet all for your enjoyment. The master bath, has a rain shower head and bench for seating. The spare bathroom, has a bath tub/shower combo. The kitchen includes a 36 inch induction range, and is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Tropical landscaping and peaceful setting make it hard to ever leave. Beachplace, located on a prime stretch of perfect sandy beach of the Gulf, offers residents first-rate amenities. Heated pool and spa, stylish clubhouse, fitness center, and just steps to the beach and the pool. Close to the renowned shops and world-class dining at St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota. One premium under-building parking space is included.

We loved our stay in Sarabeth’s beautiful condo! We appreciated her great communication and the amenities. The condo is modern, spacious, and extremely well-equipped with high-end items. We had plenty of space for our family of five to relax, eat, and play games. We also loved the close location to the beach, pool, and gym. We hope to return soon to this slice of heaven!

Fully equipped. Well appointed. Comfortable bed, quality linens. One minute walk to pool, 2 minutes to the beach. Great views of both from lanai.

Wonderful place

I would highly recommend. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. It literally has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are beach chair and beach toys. There are games. You overlook the pool and literally are steps from the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Beach side Bliss

Very nice property with pool, beach, nicely manicured grounds. Beach Place is located in a convenient location close to Armand Circle, Publix, and AMI. Quiet and peaceful property altogether. The unit is tastefully decorated and quite roomy as 2BR 2BA . Nice Master suite, plenty of closet space. 2 single beds in other bedroom. Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice roomy balcony with ocean, and pool view. All in all a winner in my mind. Peter K

It was beautiful, walked into beautiful flowers. She had coffee and creamer for next morning which was the best. Looked out to your left and you could see the Gulf and in front was the pool. Everything you need to cook. Comfort of your own home. I loved the beach had everything except your towel and beach hat. We never utilized the pool but it had everything you needed. It is an older crowd but they were very friendly. If you decide to go out to eat MAKE RESERVATIONS. The master bedroom mattress was the best, not some cheap one same with sheets and towels. I can’t think of anything I would change. I miss it already. Will definitely highly recommend it.
