"Property was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Some of the pans were not clean, but was able to clean prior to use. No can opener or lighter for the campfire, but we were able to make it all work. Could use some games or puzzles for rainy days. Overall a pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. "

"The cottage was beautiful! Very clean and in very nice shape! The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very spacious and we absolutely love the back deck. It had a beautiful view of the river. The cottage was on the end of the street and it was very peaceful and relaxing! "We had a great time! The cottage is very cute and has lots of Adirondack details. We enjoyed great fires and were happily surprised by adequate towels and blankets, etc., which made the stay extra comfy and restful. "Moreno's Cottages are a pleasant series of little cabins between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. My brother and I stayed in #7. There were two twin beds, a nook and a small, separate kitchen area. It was rustic, but modern enough to feel like you had a place to relax after a hike. We did have some problems getting in, but Todd was super accommodating and had backup codes for us to use.
